The location and the rooms are good, value for money. However, the only drawback is there are no windows in the room, which makes it pitch dark without any fresh air available. Overall a good & safe place.

This was my first stay in India, but an overall enjoyable experience. The lobby sitting area was nice and there was good WiFi throughout. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good room service options, though no onsite restaurants. Room looked like pictures. Spot on with the charges.

Hospitality was good. The person at reception area (Deepak, if I am not wrong) provided valuable suggestions. Room was decent Location is also good..7-8 mins walk from Karol Bagh metro stn. Medical and essentials shops available outside.

We really appreciate the way their manager works. The manager along with other staff are very helpful and efficient. The food we ate was delicious. Butter chicken, palak paneer and chicken karai are must try items.

Excellent property with the best location near Central Delhi. Mr. Ankit and Mr. Prem were really helpful and made the stay very comfortable while putting extra efforts to provide the best service. Would recommend this place for family stay.

Our stay at Hotel Sunstar Grand was very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Service staff was very courteous and experienced , Wi-Fi was fast and complimentary. Location was near the market and metro station. Buffet break fast was ok

Location close to markets and restaurants and food joints all around. Clean rooms with Hot shower(in mornings). Good AC cooling. Transport easily available. Staff courteous and helpful. Value for money. Ordered Soup was very good. Lift/Elevator available. Overall pleasant stay.

It was an amazing experience at hotel sunstar grand Staff was very good food was amazing and the best part is the room service of the hotel was my best experience. Location is near the main market and metro station. Room was well decorated.
